This laboratory, under the direction of Dr. Richard Litz , specializes in developing somatic embryogenesis and genetic transformation protocols for tropical and subtropical perennial plants, primarily fruit trees.
The material on the following pages has been culled from published works of the staff of this laboratory and our cooperators. Alterations to protocols and other material not yet published are not presented here.
